Brand new renovated studio apartment for 2+1 persons is situated on the first floor of the guest’s house. Kitchen has a big fridge with three deep freeze drawers, induction cooker with hob. The renting house with apartments is situated above the family host house, and both houses together between two roads: upper is main road, down bellow is local road. When you come down to the local road (passing by stairs through the houses) you have only 50 meters from the sea and from the first beach (and supermarket, as there is also the center of the place). From the balcony, you have view to the garden and partial sea view. And the beaches are all along the place, covered with small pebbles, almost sand with crystal clean sea. The most beautiful beaches in Croatia are those on Makarska riviera.
Extra charge for parking is 11,5 Euro per day and is payable directly to the host on the day of the arrival (it is not included in published price for apartment). It is situated out of the house (driving on local (downer) street, 100 meters up from the house) under the bridge in private parking secured with a key.
Tap water is drinkable for everyone and you don’t have to carry it with you in your luggage. That way it’s cheaper for you and at the same time you don’t leave large quantities of plastic bottles behind.
