The apartment for 2+2+1 people is located on the top floor of the guest house (penthouse) at Marka Marulića 24. It has 65 m2, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a deep-freezing compartment on top, a stove and dishes, and basic cooking utensils. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the entire Podgora, the sea, and all the nearby islands. The guest house is located above the host’s family house, and both houses are located between two roads: the main road (Adriatic Highway) is above, and the local road (Ruđera Boškovića 21) is below. Stairs lead you through both houses with always open doors. From the apartment you can reach the sea via Marka Marulića Road, and if you go down the stairs through the house to Ruđera Boškovića Road, you are only 50 meters from the sea and the first beach (and supermarket, because that is where the town center is located). And the beaches are the entire length of the town, covered with fine gravel with crystal clear sea. The most beautiful beaches in Croatia are those on the Makarska Riviera. The apartment is air-conditioned and has SAT TV.

Parking is free. It is situated in front of the apartment.

Tap water is drinkable for everyone and you don’t have to carry it with you in your luggage. That way it’s cheaper for you and at the same time you don’t leave large quantities of plastic bottles behind.
