The guest gets a clean apartment to use and cleans it during their stay. The host gives him clean sheets and towels (after 3-4 days) and cleaning products. After the departure of the guest, the host again thoroughly cleans the emptied apartment (no charge except the guest leave it very dirty – then 20 Euros for cleaning). The air conditioner can be used free of charge while the guest is in it, but if it stays on after the guest leaves the apartment, the host can charge the guest 5 Euro\/day. When the Renter goes out of the apartment and during the night, tents must be closed (due to the possibility of sudden winds). Failure to do so to the satisfaction of The Owner, damage\/cleaning charge being levied. If the guest damages something in the apartment, he is obliged to pay for it. In the case that guests come to the apartment and use the resources of the apartment or the kitchen to cook for other people who are not staying in the apartment, after the owner warns them once and guests do not listen, the owner can immediately eviction them without refund. Telephone calls and loud speak on the balcony are strictly prohibited because the volume disturbs other guests in the apartments around. Noise and loud music are forbidden as well as partying.<\/p>\n
